Dell CEO wants Elon Musk to define parody, here’s why – Times of India
“Previously, we issued a warning before suspension, but now that we are rolling out widespread verification, there will be no warning. This will be clearly identified as a condition for signing up to Twitter Blue,” added another tweet. “Any name change at all will cause temporary loss of verified checkmark.” “No exceptions,” Musk said in another tweet.
Dell apparently tweeted after he tried to add the word ‘occasional parody’ in his Twitter profile and he received the message ‘Deny’. “Tried to edit my profile name to include occasional parody and it said “Deny”. Not kidding!,” tweeted Dell. ” “any Twitter handles engaging in impersonation without clearly specifying ‘parody’ will be permanently suspended.” So far Musk has not responded to his tweet.
