Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra specifications

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is said to sport a 6.8-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 1,440 X 3,088 pixels resolution, and a 19.3:9 aspect ratio. The phone is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen2 SoC paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB storage. The handset is likely to boot Android 13-based OneUI 5.0 custom skin out of the box.

As for the cameras, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is expected to come with triple cameras on the back, with a 200MP primary camera with 1/1.3″, 0.6µm, a 12MP secondary lens, and 3x and 10x telephoto cameras with similar hardware. The main camera will have the ability to record 8K videos at 30fps. The front camera details are unknown at the moment but the phone might have a 40MP shooter.

Samsung is rumoured to be working on getting an Apple-like Satellite Communication feature but the South Korean giant will be using the Iridium satellite network. Users will be able to send short messages and even images to friends.
