Ravindra Jadeja claims career best figures to put India on top in Delhi Test | Cricket News – Times of India
The 34-year-old was the wrecker-in-chief as Australia lost 9 wickets for just 52 runs in 90 minutes of play.
Claiming his 12th Test fifer, Jadeja ran through the Aussie batting order, bagging six wickets in the session to put India on top.

Jadeja along with Ashwin shared 9 wickets between them as a clueless Australian side collapsed like a pack of cards.
Best figures for Jadeja in Tests
7/42 vs Australia in Delhi (2023)
7/48 vs England in Chennai (2016)
6/63 vs Australia in Bengaluru (2017)
6/138 vs South Africa in Durban (2013)
Jadeja started off his day with the wicket of Marnus Labuschagne, cleaning him up for 35. He then just ran through the Aussie middle order claiming wickets of Peter Handscomb (0), Alex Carey (7) and Pat Cummins (0) to complete his fifer.
He then cleaned up tailenders Nathan Lyon (8) and Matthew Kuhnemann (0) to complete a magical spell.
Earlier, in the final session on Day 2, Jadeja had removed Aussie opener Usman Khawaja for 6.
India need 115 runs to win the second Test and take 2-0 lead in the 4-match series.
