PUBG Mobile Teases 2023 In-Game Events, Including Golden Moon Tides as Arena Mode Gets Dolby Atmos Support, Bugatti Event Live

PUBG Mobile recent celebrated its 5th anniversary and introduced a huge bunch of events and content for players to immerse themselves. However, it seems that the popular battle royale mobile gaming title isn’t going to stop there, as it recently announced a whole slew of events that we will get to see in the game in 2023.

Golden Moon: The Tides

Firstly, PUBG Mobile has just announced their upcoming event, Golden Moon: The Tides. The event will be bringing the players a new themed crate, an Ultimate set, in-game events and much more. The release date for Golden Moon: The Tides event in PUBG Mobile has been scheduled for March 23, 2023.

They also released a cinematic trailer for the event that talks about a “Tidal Medal” safeguarding the “Superficial Peace”. Moreover, there are also mentions of “familial conflicts that never cease” and the end of “family bonds”. It will be interesting to see what PUBG Mobile introduces through this event.

PUBG Mobile X Dolby Atmos

Next up is a collaboration between PUBG Mobile and Dolby Atmos. Through this partnership, a new Arena Mode is being introduced, where players can engage in combat in immersive, three-dimensional sound. Through Dolby Atmos, players will hear other players from the game all around them, and not just from left or right.

This is done by precise positioning of each sound in the 3-D environment, which helps with allowing players to know even the subtle changes of sounds in the game. There are some prerequisites to trying this Arena mode, however. Players should have a Dolby Atmos compatible device and have that mode enabled in their settings. The players will also have to enable this feature in the PUBG Mobile settings and then reach level 10 to unlock and enjoy the new Arena mode.

PUBG Mobile X Bugatti

Speed and luxury are coming together to the battlegrounds in the form of a Bugatti Collaboration. The new collab will bring the players a chance to drive the BUGATTI La Voiture Noire & Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse in the game. The cars will also come with special features such as the Brake Stand, Aerodynamic Spoilers, Spoiler Effect, other cars with the Speed Boost effect.

Gilded Bone Set

PUBG Mobile has just introduced a new skin set to the game called The Gilded Bone Set. What’s interesting about this skin is that it is a fan made creation that won in the PUBG Mobile Global Design 2022 contest. The Gilded Bone Set is available now in the game.
