Is this the Nothing OS 2.0? Carl Pei shares screenshot
Nothing OS 2.0
Pei shared a screenshot of his phone’s home screen on Twitter which is reportedly the Nothing OS 2.0. The upgraded custom OS is expected to debut with the Nothing Phone (2). There’s no confirmation but the screenshot is said to be of Nothing OS 2.0, according to the tipster Snoopy Tech.
The home screen’s filled with widgets of the clock, weather, and app icons. In addition to people sharing their home screen too, Nothing’s Software Creative Director and Software Product Design Lead also followed suit. We also got a glimpse of how Nothing OS 2.0 would look like in dark and light mode.
It is also speculated that the Nothing OS 2.0 home screen confirms the placement of the punch-hole selfie camera. The Nothing Phone (1)’s selfie camera is on the side but with the Nothing Phone (2), it’s expected to be placed at the centre. While it isn’t official yet, this adds to the speculation that this would be a significant change in the Nothing Phone (2)’s design.
