She can be seen absolutely furious as she throws an almighty tantrum. Kick and punching the air Ms Kaplina erupts in sheer fury and breaks out in hysterical tears as loses to Team GB.

But chaos erupts as the Russian darting up the wall loses grip and falls dramatically backwards.
The commentator jumps in: “It’s not quick enough and she falls!”
Kaplina falls kicking and screaming as she is furious with herself at the mishap as the commentator says “oof, that is a fall aerial tantrum!”
Meanwhile Brit Coxsey can then be seen whizzing past the Russian who by now was suspended in the air in tears.

The commentator excitedly remairks “great work from Shauna Coxsey” as the Brit sets up an emphatic win.
Iuliia Vladimirovna Kaplina is a Russian sport climber who has won multiple speed climbing events and set multiple world records.
She is the current world record holder in women’s speed climbing with an astonishing 6.96 seconds.
She set the record at the 2020 European Championships in Moscow.
