Six months following its release on all consoles and PC, A Plague Tale: Requiem has finally received a performance mode!
The performance mode features 60 FPS gameplay for the Focus Entertainment-published game on the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.

The new performance mode of the Asobo Studio-developed game sees the resolution being scaled down. If players prefer the visually enhanced version, then they can continue with the Resolution Mode on the current generation consoles from Xbox and PlayStation. At the moment, interested players on PS5 players can also purchase the game at a 35% discount from the PS Store.
Alongside the console variants, PC fans can rejoice as well, as the developers have confirmed the addition of new graphical options to enhance their experience on the popular title. The new update with the performance mode also features bug fixes on all platforms.
Things look bright when it comes to the A Plague Tale: Requiem’s future. The developers at Asobo Studio will soon release the game for the Nintendo Switch, with a cloud variant set to arrive next week.
