The Indian cricket team’s official Instagram handle revealed the jersey. The jerseys were unveiled at the Wankhede stadium in Mumbai.
“An iconic moment. An iconic stadium. Introducing the new Team India Jerseys,” said a post jointly made by Adidas India and the Indian cricket team.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) signed a 5-year deal with Adidas that will run till 2028. It has been estimated that the deal is expected to be around 350 crores over the span of five years.

With its rich historical legacy in sports, world-class products, and strong global reach, Adidas will play an important role in driving the performance and future success of different categories of Indian cricket,” BCCI secretary Jay Shah said of the deal.
The top two ranked Test sides will battle it out in the marquee final at The Oval with neither team enjoying a particularly good record at the venue.
