Airtel has rolled out a new plan for its postpaid users. The telecom operator has introduced the new Rs 799 Black postpaid plan. The new postpaid plan from Airtel includes two add-on connections and a DTH connection.

Under the Rs 799 postpaid plan, the telco is offering two connections which means that users will get 1 regular SIM and one free Add-on SIM as part of the plan. Along with this the subscribers will also get 105GB of data and unlimited local and STD calls under the plan. The users will also get a DTH connection with TV channels worth Rs 260. The plan also offers free access to Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ Hotstar and some other OTT apps.
Apart from the above-mentioned benefits the Rs 799 Black postpaid plan from Airtel also offers other services like One Bill and One Call Center, a dedicated relationship team, priority resolution, call pick-up in 60 seconds, free service visits and buy now and pay later option on Airtel shop.
Along with this, if you are a 5G user then the plan will also offer you unlimited 5G data on the same plan. The service provider recently announced that all the postpaid users and prepaid subscribers with data plans of Rs 239 and above will be able to avail of the offer. The Airtel 5G Plus service is available to customers in over 270 cities in the country. The Airtel users just have to log on to the Airtel Thanks app to claim the offer.
It was recently reported that Airtel has increased the price of its base plan across all 22 telecom circles in the country. After the increase, Airtel’s minimum monthly recharge plan in all 22 circles for prepaid users starts at Rs 155. Late last year, the company increased the base rates of its prepaid plans by as much as 57%. The move is a clear bid to improve its ARPU beyond the Rs 200 level said the report quoting a top company executive.
