South of the Circle
South of the Circle was first introduced on Apple Arcade in 2020 and is now available for players in other formats. The game includes narrative-driven adventures that tell the story of Peter, a Cambridge academic sent on a research mission to Antarctica during the time of the Cold War. As his plane crashes, players will have to help him fight for survival, while finding out about his past, diving into his childhood, his life as a lecturer and his relationship with fellow academic Clara. The game will be available from August 3 on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch and PC.
Turbo Golf Racing
This is an arcade-style game that combines racing and sports that can be played online with up to eight players. Gamers have to hit oversized golf balls and compete against their friends while racing to the finishing line. Turbo Golf Racing is developed by Hugecalf Studios and will be directly available on the Xbox Game Pass. The game will be available from August 4.
Two Point Campus
Two Point Campus will be available for multiple platforms and directly on the Xbox Game Pass. This game will release on August 9 as the sequel to Two Point Hospital, the hit game that sold millions. Here, players can take their management and simulation experience to the next level by building their university. The game will be packed with new creative tools that will help players to build the college of their dreams.
Thymesia
This game is based on a kingdom where alchemy was a widespread practice as it was considered to be the answer to all problems. The inhabitants of the kingdom also used alchemy at home for different purposes. However, when the authorities repeatedly tried to end the use of alchemy the situation descends into utter chaos where infected monsters roam the bloodstained streets without any cure and players have to fight them. Thymesia is developed by OverBorder Studio and will be released on August 9.
Lost in Play
Lost in Play is a point-and-click adventure game that follows the style of a kid’s cartoon. This sibling story sets out on an epic adventure amongst magical creatures and mystical settings. In this game, players have to solve puzzles along the way that will challenge them to use their noggin. The game will release for Switch and PC on August 10.
Cult of the Lamb
This game is like a satanic version of Animal Crossing that combines town building with roguelike action. Here, players will have to become a possessed lamb who has escaped the slaughter and has to pay his debt by establishing a cult of worshipers. Players have to start their cult, travel through mysterious places and grow them into the only true ones. Cult of the Lamb is developed by Massive Monster and will release on multiple platforms on August 11.
Arcade Paradise
Arcade Paradise will combine management simulation with arcade games where players have to take over a laundrette. Players have to expand their business and grow their arcade empire while keeping the laundrette up and running. The game will also allow players to manage their business while playing the arcade games. Arcade Paradise will also release for multiple platforms on August 11.
Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered
This game was earlier exclusive only to PlayStation, however, now it is making its way to PC. Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered will offer enhanced visuals and multiple PC-only settings. The open-world adventure game will allow players to become the arachnid hero and swing between rooftops in New York City. The game also offers excellent storytelling, engaging combat and plenty of missions. Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered will come to PC on August 12.
Way of the Hunter
Way of the Hunter will be available for PlayStation, Xbox and PC from August 16. This game will allow players to be out in the wild and hunt magnificent creatures without having to harm a real animal.
Rollerdome
This fast-paced action game takes place in a future where a new, deadly sport has taken the world by storm. The game takes place in an arena where players have to put on their rollerskates and shoot their opponents before they do. Moreover, players have to perform stunts and tricks along the way to avoid running out of ammo. Rollerdome will release for PlayStation and PC on August 16.
Saints Row
Saints Row is developed by Deep Silver Volition and will release for multiple platforms on August 23. Gamers have to play this game as a future boss and expand their empire through the streets of Santo Ileso to take control. This action game has a big world that is filled with missions and challenges to complete, rival gangs to fight against, and more.
Midnight Fight Express
Players have to play this game as Babyface, a former member of the underworld brought back to “life” by a mysterious drone. The objective of this game is to fight enemies to prevent a criminal takeover of the city before sunrise. Players have to engage in brawls using the environment and street fighting techniques. You can also upgrade your abilities to neutralise all the enemies who attack you constantly. Midnight Fight Express is developed by Jacob Dzwinel and will be directly available on Xbox Game Pass from August 23.
Soul Hackers 2
Soul Hackers 2 is an RPG developed by Atlus where players have to become Ringo, an agent created to prevent the world from being destroyed. This game explores a futuristic, cyberpunk version of Japan where players have to take out enemies and gather an army of demons to fight by their side. The game will release on multiple platforms on August 26.
F1 Manager 2022
Pre-ordering the F1 Manager 2022 now will offer players five days of early access and a 10% discount. Players can become official F1 Managers where they can choose their favourite manufacturers and select from the 2022 driver and staff list. The game is developed by Frontier Developments and will release on August 26.
Pac-Man World Re-Pac
The game developed by Now Productions will also release on August 26 where Pac-Man will arrive home on his birthday to find that ghosts have kidnapped his family and friends. Players have to venture through all six areas of Ghost Island to rescue Pac-Man’s family and friends, along with facing the fearsome boss ghost, Toc-Man. Pac-Man World Re-Pac is an action/platform game that will offer — improved graphics, better gameplay and updated features.
Destroy All Humans 2: Reprobed
Destroy All Humans 2 Reprobed is developed by Black Forest Games and it is the remake of Destroy All Humans 2. This game will release on multiple platforms on August 30. Here, players have to run around the world as blue aliens, causing chaos, getting involved in bizarre government conspiracies and probing cows in the 1960s backdrop.
Immortality
This game is developed by Sam Barlow, Half Mermaid and will be available directly on Xbox Game Pass. The latest live-action narrative-driven game revolves around a film star named Marissa Marcel who has made only unreleased three movies. The protagonist has disappeared and players have to divulge into a mysterious world and uncover the truth about what happened starting on August 30.
Tinykin
Tinykin will cast players as tiny characters sent to explore a huge, oversized house. Players will need to employ varying abilities to gather an army of Tinykin as the game proceeds. The game is developed by Splashteam and will be available directly on Xbox Game Pass from August 30.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Shredder’s Revenge was recently added to the Xbox Game Pass. However, the Cowabunga Collection bundles up 13 retro TMNT games. These games are updated with new features like online play, couch co-op, save any time and rewind. It will also include — concept art, sketches and various bits of media. The game will release on PlayStation, Xbox, Switch and PC on August 30.
