Am I Actually the Strongest? Getting Anime in 2023

Am I Actually the Strongest? is getting an official anime adaptation of the manga, that will come out sometime in 2023. The announcement was made through the manga and light novel’s Twitter account and official website. A visual poster was also released to commemorate the announcement.

The light novel series is written by Sai Sumimori, and was published on the web novel site Shōsetsuka ni Narō in September 2018. Kodansha later acquired it and published the light novels in May 2019 with illustrations done by Ai Takahashi. Five volumes have been published as of this writing.

A manga adaptation followed a month later in April 2019 in Kodansha’s Suiyōbi no Sirius magazine, retaining the writer and illustrator. 6 volumes have come out so far. Both the light novels and manga have received English releases. The manga is available digitally in India through Kindle and comiXology.
