Both cards are based on AMD’s RDNA 3 architecture, which promises 50% higher ray tracing performance and better optimization for rendering, video editing, and more. The new chiplet design is based on the 5nm Graphics Compute Die along with six 6nm Memory Cache Die (MCD).

Other notable features of the new cards include support for DisplayPort 2.1, AV1 Encone/Decode, optimized driver performance, dedicated AI acceleration, and second-gen ray tracing technology. The AMD Radeon PRO W7000 series of workstation GPUs starts from $2,499 (Rs. 2,04,001 approx.) for the W7800 model, while the W7900 GPU costs $3,999 (Rs. 3,26,451 approx).
