NBA 2K23 Arcade Edition is set to launch on Apple Arcade on October 18. The game features an Apple Arcade-exclusive The Greatest mode, where you can go head-to-head with top NBA athletes, past and present, including Michael Jordan, Shaquille O’Neal, Devin Booker, Kevin Durant, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and more.
Along with the new gameplay features, fan favourite modes will return to the game including MyCAREER, MyCOURT, The Association, Quick Match and Online Multiplayer modes.
When you download the game you’ll be able to redeem the virtual Devin Booker Kobe 4 Protro shoes for free from the main menu in-game. They are available for a limited period of time, however.
According to the developers, players can also enjoy a more immersive and realistic NBA gameplay experience with commentary from National Basketball Association with play-by-play announcers, Color analysts, and Sideline reporters such as Kevin Harlan, Greg Anthony, Steve Smith, Doris Burke, Clark Kellogg, Brent Barry, and David Aldridge.

This game is centred on the themes of memories, friendship and time. The game description states, “Best friends Arina and Frendt fall into a series of vibrant, dreamlike island gardens peppered with everyday objects from their childhood. Together they embark on an emotional journey that examines the significance of their friendship, the memories they’ve built, what must be let go, and what should never be left behind.”
