Now, if you’ve ever tried to set up a dial-up connection on a Mac device, you’ll know that there used to be an extensive guide on that.
9to5Mac has reported that Apple has removed the dail-up guide from the latest beta. The website has confirmed that they were a part of macOS Ventura Beta 3, which is now missing from the beta 4 update.
To note, Apple has already discontinued the Mac’s built-in modem. However, users still has the option to buy a third-party modem and use it with their Macs. Also, the guides removed from the macOS Ventura beta 4 is still available on their support website, in case anyone wants help setting up an internal or external modem.
Meanwhile, macOS Ventura beta 4 update does not bring any major changes or new feature over the beta 3 update. However, it does includes several bug fixes, stability improvements and more.
