Apple just made owning the new iPhone 14 way more affordable

Anyone who is looking to buy the new iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro could find things more affordable this year. Prices in the UK have gone up in 2022, iPhone 14 now starts from £849 and the 14 Pro costs at least £1,099, so you’ll really want to find the best iPhone 14 deals and best iPhone 14 Pro deals to secure a saving. Fortunately, Apple itself is offering two very big incentives to anyone who fancies making the switch.

Firstly, the Californian company has introduced an option to handover your old iPhone and get money off the new iPhone 14, 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro, and 14 Pro Max with some previous devices worth over £600. Find out how much your old iPhone is worth here.

Along with getting some money off, Apple is also offering interest-free credit which means customers can pay things back over 24 months without facing any extra fees.

For example, those buying the iPhone 14 will pay just £35.37 per month for two years. The standard Pro version costs £45.79 per month and the Pro Max model starts from £49.96. Of course, you’ll need to add a SIM card to the price but this is still one of the cheapest ways to buy the iPhone.

Sound enticing? One thing you will need to do if thinking about upgrading is to order online first as Apple isn’t offering any walk-in purchases this weekend.

Those who pre-order can collect in stores across the country but unless you have booked a slot you’re going to be left disappointed and without a new iPhone in your pocket.

To pre-order, simply head to Apple’s website, choose the device you want and then select a local Apple Store for collection or a delivery slot for the device to be sent to your home.

All UK Apple Stores will also be closed on Monday, September 19 as a mark of respect for Her Majesty the Queen’s funeral.

If you want to know more about the iPhone 14 range then Express.co.uk has already had our hands on these devices and there are plenty of new upgrades including Crash Detection which automatically calls for help should you have a serious car accident and the ability to send texts even when there’s no mobile signal.

The Pro models also get a new interactive notch called the Dynamic Island and there’s an always-on display which never switches off.

All of the new devices also get better cameras and ship with the brilliant new iOS 16 that now lets users customise their Lock Screen and edit texts after they have been sent.
