Apple starts rolling out macOS 12.5, watchOS 8.7 and tvOS 15.6, here’s what has changed – Times of India

Alongside iPadOS 15.6 and iPadOS 15.6, Apple has also rolled out new updates for Mac, Watch and TV. The app versions are macOS 12.5, watchOS 8.7 and tvOS 15.6 respectively. All three operating systems bring several new changes and bug fixes to these devices. Here’s the complete changelog:
macOS 12.5: New updates and features
The macOS 12.5 update brings bug fixes which address known issues including the Safari tab issue and it also adds restart, rewind or fast-forward for live sports on the TV app. In addition to that, the update also includes other enhancements and security updates.
watchOS 8.7: Changelog
watchOS 8.7 is the sixth major update Apple has rolled out as a part of the watchOS 8 series. The update does not bring any major improvements, but it brings bug fixes and security update to Apple Watch.
tvOS 15.6: Changelog
tvOS 15.6 update comes almost two months after the 15.5 update and it is a minor update mainly focused on addressing bug fixes, performance issues and some minor tweaks. The update does not include any new features. In addition to that, it also includes stability improvements.
The updates are now rolling out to all the compatible MacBooks, iMacs, Apple TVs and Apple Watches.
