Apple is exploring a fresh YouTube video category with a 90-minute “Study With Me” video, featuring actress and USC student Storm Reid, aimed at enhancing study focus and reducing distractions

In an innovative move, Apple has recently unveiled a 90-minute ‘Study With Me’ video on YouTube, featuring the acclaimed Emmy-nominated actress, Storm Reid, known for her roles in hit series like “The Last of Us,” “Euphoria,” and “Missing.” The video is designed to cater to a unique niche within the YouTube community, where content creators upload extended videos ranging from 30 minutes to 2-3 hours, showcasing their study sessions to motivate and inspire viewers to tackle their work and concentration challenges.

In Apple’s newly released video, viewers can observe Storm Reid engrossed in her studies using a 15-inch MacBook Air. Titled ‘Study With Me feat. Storm Reid x Apple,’ the video aims to provide a productive environment for studying and minimizing distractions. Storm Reid adopts the renowned Pomodoro technique, breaking her study sessions into three focused 25-minute segments, each followed by an enjoyable 5-minute break, which viewers can either follow along with or use as inspiration for their own study breaks.

The video not only showcases Reid’s dedication to the Pomodoro method but also offers glimpses of her brief study breaks, during which she savors a snack of taco shells, sardines, and hot sauce, and indulges in some stretching exercises beside a life-sized teddy bear. Her final break session takes an unexpected twist as she breaks into dance with others, adding an element of fun and spontaneity to the study experience.
