Apple website down for some users: Reason behind outage and more – Times of India
Apple’s official website is reportedly suffering from an outage. Several users from across the globe are reporting that they are facing issues while accessing the Apple website and app store on their devices. Usually, the Apple website goes down during a new product launch. However, this outage isn’t related to that. According to a report by 9to5Mac, the current outage is a part of the iOS 16 public rollouts, which affected App Store services earlier this week.
Problems users are experiencing
9to5Mac has reported that Apple’s official website isn’t opening properly and loading without any images. However, some users on Twitter have reported that it’s returning a 403 error accompanied by a message “You don’t have permission to access this resource.” Download detector has also registered the outage for some regions and as per the report, the problem persists in the US and some other regions.

The reason behind the outage
At this point, it is unclear why Apple’s website is down and what has gone wrong with it. Neither Apple has responded to this outage. We also checked Apple’s System Status webpage and it does not show any outage for the website or any other Apple services.

Is it down in India
We went ahead and checked to confirm the issue here in India. For us, both the Apple website and App Store worked fine and we were able to navigate through the App Store and website without any issues.
