Assassin’s Creed: Codename Jade Gets More Leaked Gameplay Footage

Assassin’s Creed: Codename Jade is an upcoming mobile game for the hit franchise from Ubisoft. The company revealed months ago that the game will be set in ancient China, and that’s all we knew about the game until now.

On December 19, multiple videos surfaced online showcasing gameplay from Codename Jade. You can read more about those leaks here.

Now, more leaks have come out in the form of gameplay videos. On a now-deleted post on the gaming leaks and rumours subreddit, a YouTube video was posted which shows about four minutes of gameplay footage titled “AC Jade Beta: Infiltration Gameplay.”

Like the previously leaked videos, the footage offers a peak at how the game looks right now along with in-game controls and the UI. As the game is set in ancient China, the video takes place in some feudal location. An ongoing mission taking place in “Yangzhou Official’s Residence” can also be seen, which directs the player to “Find and steal the Yan Chuan Permit.”

As per the video, the game contains staple elements from the Assassin’s Creed series that fans have come to love over the years. These elements include sneaking around the area and assassinating targets to complete missions. The video also includes a look at some combat footage, as the character is seen using his sword with abilities to defeat an enemy. Players will also get a companion horse to move around on the map. Take a look at the footage below:
