Asus has just launched its ROG Phone 7 Series worldwide and in India at the same time. The new ROG Phone 7 and 7 Ultimate models were revealed. Asus has announced the price and availability for both gaming mobiles.
ROG Phone 7 Series Price and Availability
The ROG Phone 7 will cost Rs. 74,999 in India whereas the ROG Phone 7 Ultimate will cost Rs. 99,999. Asus India revealed that the ROG Phone 7 and the ROG Phone 7 Ultimate would be available in May 2023. The company will share exact date of launch and availability soon.
Fans in India can experience the Asus ROG Phone 7 and Phone 7 Ultimate at their nearest Vijay Sales store.
Features and Specs
The Asus ROG Phone 7 series comes with Asus GameCool 7 and AeroActive Cooler 7 for an optimum cooling of the gaming phones. AeroActive Portal is an additional accessory which is a mountable cooling system. It only works with the ROG Phone 7 Ultimate and comes included in the box.
Asus ROG Phone 7 series comes a 6.78-inch HDR10+ AMOLED by Samsung. The phone delivers a refresh rate of 165Hz and a touch sampling rate of up to 720Hz with 23ms touch latency.
Both the devices feature the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor and an overclocked Adreno 740 GPU.
In the battery department, the ROG Phone 7 series comes with a total capacity of 6,000mAh. The company has split the battery into two to fit two 3,000mAh batteries in the smartphone with MMT battery design.
These two batteries ensure faster charging and better thermal control especially during extended gaming sessions. Both devices come with support for up to 65W charging through wires.
The Asus ROG Phone 7 series has a triple-rear camera with a 50MP primary sensor, a 13MP sensor with ultra-wide lens, and an 5MP sensor with a macro lens. We also get a 32MP sensor for the front camera.
