Amazon’s Prime Day is a key event for shoppers looking for bargains and gifts ahead of the holiday period, but the e-commerce giant is no longer the only vendor hoping to cash in on the shopping season.
Other US retail giants including Walmart, Costco, Home Depot, Target, and Best Buy, all of which dominate through both physical stores and e-commerce platforms, now also jump on the bandwagon and will offer a variety of deals and flash sales on mobile devices, gaming consoles, smart home products, and more.

The Lenovo 3 Chromebook, available at Best Buy, is on offer ahead of Prime Day and it is worth considering if you need a portable, basic machine for everyday applications and tasks. While Apple MacBooks often feature over Prime Day, Best Buy is already ahead of the curve with discounts available across the MacBook range. $50 discounts are available on PCs including the MacBook Air, a great option for remote workers and students.
