Free-to-play games have to find a way to earn money from the players and the most common way to do that is to offer in-game purchases to the players. Free-to-play games have to keep the game balanced, therefore the items they provide to the players are just cosmetic enhancements and do not provide any sort of edge to the gameplay. To make these cosmetic items attractive to the players, these games often do collaborations with other popular entities.
BGMI has just announced their latest collaboration and this time it is with The Great British Teddy Bear Company. The Teddy Bears of this company are endorsed by the British Prime Minister and the Royal Family. Many Hollywood celebrities and other big name personalities collect these teddy bears. The Great British Teddy Bear Company represents British quality, culture, history and tradition.
The collaboration begins from June 24, 2022 and the popular soft toy organisation will be seen in BGMI as in-game goodies from this date. The game will have BGMI-themed GB Teddy Bears that players can have as their in-game buddies. These GB Teddy Bears will include the likes of iconic British personalities such as Robin Hood Teddy Bear and Sherlock Holmes Teddy Bear as in-game buddies.
Apart from the in-game buddies, the players will also be able to get their hands on some exclusive items through this partnership. The new and exclusive GB Teddy Bear items include a GB Teddy Bear set, GB Teddy Bear cover, GB Teddy Bear Ornament and GB Teddy Bear Parachute. This collaboration is now live in the BGMI in-game store and the players should head over to check it out.
This not this first BGMI collaboration and definitely not the last, players will be witnessing many such collaborations in the future. Through these collaborations the player will be getting more and more goodies to keep an eye out for. These in-game cosmetics provide the players with a unique appearance that helps them stand out from the rest of the crowd.
