BGMI: Team Soul Players Contemplate Moving to New State Mobile

With the return of Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) nowhere in sight, the Indian Battle Royale Esports community has showcased interest in moving to greener pastures.

So far, titles like Call of Duty: Mobile and New State Mobile have emerged as the frontrunners, and many teams have already began fielding rosters for these titles. However, some have continued to hold out hope on BGMI’s return. But, not for long.

According to a recent report by AFK Gaming, Team Soul players Sahil “Omega” Jakhar and Harsh “Goblin” Paudwal talked about potentially moving to Krafton’s other popular mobile Battle Royale title.

The duo discussed the idea in a recent stream, and Team Soul seems to be already making moves required to make the shift. Earlier this week, Team Soul BGMI star, Hector competed for TeamXspark in the ESL Snapdragon Pro Series: New State tournament, where he and his squad finished 16th.

Omega and Goblin stated that they might play both titles, with the duo playing BGMI during the day and New State Mobile at night. The Team Soul stars believed that the move might cause issues. However, this will allow them to play more LAN tournaments rather than “just sitting in bootcamps.”

In the end, Omega confirmed that the organization is currently looking at the merits and demerits of shifting to New State Mobile from BGMI.
