Apple recently released a 30-minute-long Bollywood film called Fursat which was shot in its entirety using an iPhone 14 Pro. The film is directed by Vishal Bhadwaj, who is known for directing films such as Makdee, Omkara, and Haider.
Apple has also previously released short films that were filmed using its smartphones. The latest film is about the power of love. Apple describes Fursat as a “magical story about a man so obsessed with controlling the future that he risks losing what he holds most precious in the present.” According to IMDB, Fursat stars Ishaan Khattar as Nishant Raj and Wamiqa Gabbi as Diya Srivastav in the leading roles.

Fursat really does look stunning, and it doesn’t even look like it was shot using just a smartphone. This just goes to show that amateur filmmakers don’t need an expensive shooting setup to create films in this day and age.
The iPhone 14 Pro has a lot of camera features that make it an ideal device for videography. It has Action mode which takes smooth videos by adjusting the camera for motions like shaking and vibrations. The Cinematic mode in its camera recognises subjects you want to focus on and adds depth of field effects, making the shot look like it was professionally filmed for a high-budget film.
