Call of Duty: Mobile – Activision Reaffirms Commitment to the Game as Microsoft May Want to Replace It with Warzone Mobile

Call of Duty: Mobile was one of the fastest growing mobile games. It took the mobile gaming world by storm as players could not believe that they could play all of their favorite game modes from the console and PC franchise in the palm of their hands. Moreover, Call of Duty: Mobile soared even higher in popularity once it released its battle royale mode.

To this day, Call of Duty: Mobile still remains a heavily popular title in India and players play it on a daily basis. However, many players were disheartened when the ews broke about the game being phased out with the arrival of Warzone Mobile. For those unfamiliar with the situation, Microsoft recently stated that Call of Duty: Mobile is expected to be phased out over time (outside of China) after Warzone Mobile arrives.

Fans of the game didn’t take this news lightly and they were extremely concerned about the game’s future. Fortunately, Activision understood the concerns of players, and the studio came out with a statement regarding Call of Duty: Mobile’s future. Players can rest easy, as through the latest statement we have learned that Call of Duty: Mobile will not be leaving anytime soon.

As the statement goes, the team is committed to Call of Duty: Mobile as an integral part of the Call of Duty franchise and also a part of the studio’s mobile strategy. The developers stated that the game has the “best fans in the world”, who have continued to support the game for a long time. Therefore, Call of Duty: Mobile will also receive support through a “robust roadmap” that consists of all content players can expect from the game in the future.
