ChatGPT Android app to launch next week

ChatGPT Android app

OpenAI announced on Twitter the Android app for ChatGPT. It’s going to start rolling out from next week, and it will be available to download from the Google Play Store. Interested users can also pre-register for the app through this link. So when the app arrives in the Play Store, it will automatically download to your Android device. ChatGPT will be free to download and use.

If you’ve already been using ChatGPT somewhere else, you can continue with the same account on the Android app as well since the app syncs your history across devices. The Android app also comes with the newest model, which is ChatGPT 4.0. OpenAI describes the ChatGPT on Play Store with the following features: Instant answers, tailored advice, creative inspiration, professional input, and learning opportunities.

ChatGPT features

Let’s recap what ChatGPT is all about, and how exactly does it help people. ChatGPT was launched by OpenAI back in November, 2022. It’s essentially an AI tool that is designed to give responses to queries by people. What made it so interesting was the fact that you could ask just about anything, and it would give you tailored answers. People started asking the AI tool to write song lyrics, stories, and even cover letters. The answers were quite accurate, and almost believable to have been written by a human.

It’s possibly the most advanced AI tool available when it comes to answering human queries. It uses machine learning, and data that has been fed from various articles, books and web pages. ChatGPT also has a conversational mode of communication that makes the responses seem very natural.
