Fancy boosting your broadband speeds for free? That’s exactly what some homes across the UK are being offered thanks to a duo of deals from two popular Internet Service Providers (ISPs). Hyperoptic and Three Mobile both have offers which include internet access without any payments being made for the first three months of the contracts.
That means if you join today you won’t have to fork out a penny until November. Both deals also feature impressive speeds with Hyperoptic even including downloads in excess of 1Gbps as part of its eye-catching freebies. At that rapid rate, it takes just 30 seconds to whizz a full HD movie to a TV – that’s over 10 times faster than the current UK average.
Three Mobile also has three months of free access on its 4G/5G bundles which use the firm’s mobile signal to beam the web through your walls.
With this router installed, you can expect downloads in excess of 150Mbps and there’s no messy installation with Three simply sending things out in the post.
You then plug in to get an instant connection to the 4G or faster 5G network.
The offer of free web access is certainly enticing but it’s worth noting that you’ll need to check your postcode first as neither of these firms has full UK coverage. Three’s 5G signal continues to improve and Hyperoptic is available in around one million homes but, unlike firms such as BT and Sky, you’re not guaranteed a connection.
