Destiny 2 The Witch Queen: This Void 3.0 Warlock Is Insanely Overpowered

It’s only been a couple of days since the release of The Witch Queen expansion, and we already have a meta subclass that players should use in this season of Destiny 2.

With the major Void 3.0 rework, Bungie has finally brought in a new challenger for the Stasis subclass, and it seems like Season of the Risen will see a ton of different Void ability combinations with the subclass.

According to YouTuber Plunderthabooty, Guardians might especially want to keep an eye out on the Void Warlock subclass, as they can create a loadout where they can easily spam grenades in quick succession.

Here’s every ability, fragment and aspect that players should use for this overpowered subclass.

Subclass: Voidwalker

Super: Vortex/ Nova Warp/ Cataclysm

Class Ability: Empowering Rift

Melee Ability: Pocket Singularity

Void Grenade: Vortex Grenade

Aspects: Chaos Accelerant, Child of the Old Gods

Fragments: Echo of Expulsion, Echo of Remnants, Echo of Undermining

In terms of the Aspects, players don’t need Feed the Void for Devour, as it will be provided by the Secant Filaments Exotic Legs, which comes with the intrinsic perk Devouring Rift. With Devouring Rift, Guardians will receive Devour when they cast an Empowering Rift, which restores their full health. Along with the restored health, Devour also grants grenade energy and it extends the buff timer as well.

In terms of the Exotic weapon, players might want to pick up the Osteo Striga Submachine Gun, with the Toxic Overload catalyst, which 30 reload speed and 20 stability. More importantly, it will also refill some ammo for landing poison kills, and using this catalyst, players might not even have to reload in some scenarios.

Along with that, players can even slap on mods like Ashes to Assets, Font of Might, Elemental Charge, Momentum Transfer as well.

In the end, it seems like players will be looking to improve loadouts like these, and unless Bungie nerf some of these abilities a bit, it seems like Guardians will keep on getting stronger in the future.
