Dragon Ball FighterZ and Xenoverse 2 Cross the 10 Million Copies Mark and More

The two most popular Dragon Ball games right now that feature online capabilities are Dragon Ball FighterZ and Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. A decent number of years have passed since the two titles have released; however, they have just managed to hit the milestone that Bandai Namco must have been waiting for.

Dragon Ball FighterZ and Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 have both managed to cross the 10 million copies sold milestone. In order to celebrate this, Bandai Namco will be hosting a 10 million commemorative campaign across both titles. Now every player looking forward to one of the most anticipated releases for the Dragon Ball franchise, which is Budokai Tenkaichi 4.

Capcom records 6th consecutive profitable year

In other news, Capcom has just released its financial earnings report (via Destructoid) and it seems like the company is going stronger than ever. It has reportedly sold 41.7 million games till March 31, 2023, which is not only higher by 10 million when compared to last year, but also is the largest year-on-year growth that the company has ever seen. The two games responsible for these big numbers were Resident Evil 4 Remake and Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak.

That is not all, other titles in the companies catalogue have managed to be successful too, such as Devil May Cry 5, Monster Hunter World, Resident Evil Village and more. Furthermore, Capcom is not at all done with 2023 as it has some big releases planned for the year, with the biggest one being Street Fighter 6. We will just have to wait and see what Capcom is able to achieve in 2023.
