Also tipped is an iPhone 14 feature – the Dynamic Island. The feature is already available for Android phones in the form of an app but soon should be available natively. Dynamic Island on Redmi?

Dynamic Island which was introduced with the iPhone 14 series is easily the most hyped feature/functionality in recent times. While bringing a new design language, adds functionality as well. Android OEMs are already looking to incorporate this into their flagships and Redmi might be the first one. The Dynamic Island is an interactive section on the phone that dynamically changes size depending on the content/context. We’re hearing that the Dynamic Island feature might be finding its way to the Redmi K60 series.

DigitalChatStation tipped that the upcoming Redmi flagship series with Snapdragon 8 series phones will come with 30W wireless charging support. The phones in question could be the Redmi K60 lineup but it can’t be confirmed at the moment. While 30W might not sound like a big deal, it is the first time that the Redmi K-series will get wireless charging support. While their exact model names are under wraps at this stage, we should be the top-end versions.

The high-end model in the Redmi K60 series might come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen2 chipset that is based on TSMC’s 4nm process and is touted to bring improvements over the current Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 model.
