EA has brought this famous football club back to FIFA games – Times of India

Electronic Arts (EA) recently revealed the launch date of FIFA 23, its 2022 installment of the football simulator video game series, which happens to be September 30. Now, EA has also made another announcement which brings back an illustrious football club back into the folds of the FIFA games. EA Sports has entered into a “multi-year” partnership with Juventus, which brings the Italian club back to the Fifa games, beginning from FIFA 23. EA Sports is now the Official Sport Video Gaming Partner and also, the Official Urban Culture Partner of the Juventus football club.
Alongwith the current Juventus football squad, the collaboration also brings The Allianz Stadium, the Juventus logo (but, of course) and the “most representative players in club history”, said Juventus in a press statement. The Allianz Stadium is the home stadium of the Italian football club and will be “authentically recreated alongside the club’s logo and iconic kits.”, noted EA in a website post. Former Juventus midfielder Claudio Marchisio has been chosen as the latest FUT Hero for FIFA 23. Also, striker Dušan Vlahović will become an exclusive ambassador for EA Sports FIFA 23.
As per Juventus, there is more to the partnership with EA Sports than just gaming and football. “Numerous initiatives will be held for a 360-degree experience of the Juve world – a world of street art, culture, music and Urban lifestyle.”, noted the club in the press statement.
The upcoming FIFA 23 features women’s football clubs also. It will allow players to take part in both Men’s and Women’s FIFA World Cups, which is a first for the series. The game comes with FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 and FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia and New Zealand 2023.
