EA Sports FC Will Reportedly Feature Erling Haaland As the Cover Star

Manchester City’s forward, Erling Haaland is reportedly set to become the EA Sports FC cover star after an amazing season for the club. The upcoming football game by EA seems poised to feature the Norwegian international on the cover, as per a recent leak. Speaking of leaks, there have been plenty of them on the internet about EA Sports FC. The game’s closed beta details and game size on Xbox consoles have also been revealed.

Erling Haaland had a dream start to his life in England, finishing as the top-scorer of the Premier League. Haaland managed to break the record for most goals in a Premier League season with 36 goals to his name, and he accomplished that in his debut season. Unsurprisingly, Haaland is a top choice to be on the cover star. Some did expect Lionel Messi to be on the cover as well, given that he just lifted the World Cup for Argentina in December. However, with EA separating itself from FIFA, having Messi on the cover for winning the most prestigious tournament by FIFA, seems unlikely.

There is nothing official yet, but this leak comes from reliable leaker Dealabs who has been accurately leaking PS Plus monthly games for quite some time. EA Sports FC will be revealed to the world on July 13, so fans do not have to wait too long to see if Haaland does indeed appear as the cover star. Last year’s FIFA 22 had PSG and France’s Kylian Mbappe as well as Chelsea Women and Australia’s Sam Kerr on the cover.
