The tweet comes about 10 days after the Tesla CEO tweeted that the new Twitter navigation will allow “swiping to the side to switch between recommended & followed tweets, trends, topics, etc. Until then, tap the star icon on the upper right of the home screen to switch.”
The swiping navigation gesture across Lists will also be enabled as the company improves Twitter AI and “recommended tweets, lists and topics will become awesome,” Musk noted.
Current navigation style
Twitter users can switch between two styles of feeds by tapping/ clicking on the three stars on the top left. In one style, users will be able to see all the top tweets and in the other, they will see the latest tweets first.
Other changes coming to Twitter
Musk also announced that Twitter will also roll out the Bookmark button (de facto silent like) on Tweet details “a week later. Furthermore, long-form tweets are coming early in February. The billionaire announced long-format tweets shortly after acquiring the company for $44 billion in late October.

Twitter has been working on enhancing the way the social media platform works. The company brought some updated features, such as view count, and Twitter Blue that now has some more benefits. These benefits include an increased length of videos that can now be uploaded on the platform.
