By India Today Sports Desk: England Test team captain Ben Stokes has revealed a harrowing incident on Twitter as the bag containing his clothes was stolen at the King’s Cross station.
Stokes has been a revelation as the captain of England’s team in the longest format of the game as he has led from the front with the new mantra of ‘Bazball.’
England have been on a roll under Stokes, completing a historic whitewash in Pakistan last year which created shockwaves across the globe. The all-rounder is currently enjoying a well-deserved break after his exploits in New Zealand as both teams played out an exciting and thrilling series draw in the end.
Stokes is now supposed to fly in to India for the IPL where he will turn out for the Chennai SuperKings and play under MS Dhoni.
The England Test team captain has now revealed that he was subjected to a harrowing incident of having his bag containing his clothes getting stolen at the King’s station on Sunday.
“To who ever stole my bag at King’s Cross train station. I hope my clothes are too big for you ya absolute ******,” said Stokes on Twitter.

Stokes played a starring role in England’s T20 World Cup and many are pushing him to perform a U-turn and come out of ODI retirement and play in this year’s ODI World Cup.
Matthew Mott had suggested that he would give Stokes time till the middle of the summer to make a call on it.
“I deliberately made an effort to leave Ben alone,” Mott said.
“The issue about if he wants to play: we don’t need to know for a while. Halfway through that summer, gauging how he is feeling physically and mentally that will be his call if he wants to put himself up for selection.
