Exclusive: Realme 10 4G India launch date revealed, details inside | Digit

After launching the 10 Pro and the 10 Pro+, Realme is now planning on adding another phone to the 10 series by launching the Realme 10 4G in India very soon. As per the information accessed by us, the phone will launch early in the second week of January 2023. While we do not have an exact date of launch at the moment, our sources close to the matter claim the phone will break cover either on January 9 or 10 – with the 9th being more likely of the two dates. Once launched, this new phone will complete the existing Realme 10 series which currently has two 5G phones in it. 

The information accessed by us about the launch date of the device comes days after Realme teased the device via its Twitter handle. The teaser claims that the phone will offer ‘epic performance’ and a ‘new vision’. Realme has also launched a separate microsite for the product, which further hints the phone’s launch is just around the corner. 

Realme 10 4G: Expected specifications

For now, there is no official word on the specifications of this upcoming phone. However, leaks in the past have suggested that the Realme 10 will come with an AMOLED display with support for Full HD+ resolution. It will likely be a 6.4-inch panel running at a fast 90Hz refresh rate. Additionally, the teaser also suggests it will be flat-edged. The panel will also feature a punch-hole for the front camera.

Under the hood, it is tipped to come with a MediaTek Helio G99 SoC, which will be paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. At the back, the phone is tipped to feature a large camera housing with a 50-megapixel main sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The Realme 10 4G will likely also feature Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for connectivity. All of this will be backed by a 5000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging with the bundled charger.
