Samsung has actively launched multiple smartphones this year with a different set of specifications. Now, expectations are that the smartphone-producing brand will launch Galaxy A54 and Galaxy A74 in early 2023. In a recent development, rumours suggest that one of the two smartphones will be powered by a mid-range Exynos series processor that has already registered its presence through certification websites.

The Samsung Exynos 1330 and the Exynos 1380 SoCs have made their appearance on the Bluetooth SIG database. Previously, we have heard about the Exynos 1380 processor, but the Exynos 1330 SoC is something that is completely new. If we consider the details shared by the certification website, both the Exynos chipsets are going to ship with Bluetooth 5.3 support via a separate RF chip known as Samsung Bluetooth Controller v6. These chips will be used in the A, F, and M series of Samsung Galaxy devices.

Samsung Exynos 1330, Exynos 1380 details

The Exynos 1380 processor may come with two ARM Cortex-A series high-performance CPU cores and the Mali-G615 graphics processing unit (GPU) for fast-paced performance than its predecessor Exynos 1280. Not only this, but the SoC could also get a fully integrated 5G modem with mmWave support and sub-6GHz connectivity. Expectations are that the Samsung Galaxy A34 and the Galaxy A54 will come with the Exynos 1380 processor as in the past, Galaxy A33 and Galaxy A53 came with Exynos 1280.

There is only a limited amount of information available regarding the upcoming Samsung Exynos 1330 processor. High chances are that it is going to be the successor of the Samsung Exynos 850 or the Exynos 880 processor, though we are still skeptical. It is also being said that the upcoming mid-range smartphones by Samsung will focus more on enhanced cameras, high-octane performance, and longer battery life.
