Which begs the question, what FIFA will do the gaming sector in their post-EA era. It was reported earlier that FIFA will be working on Web3 games which will utilize blockchain technology. 4 titles were announced including AI League, Uplandme, Matchday and Phygti.

Out of these titles, only AI League has dropped to kickstart FIFA’s post-EA era. AI League is a 4v4 casual football title, with the game’s beta currently live on Android Play Store. An iOS variant will arrive next. AI League is developed by Altered State Machine, and it has been branded with FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.

AI League: FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 edition brings AI technology and strategy to the game of football, where the player’s tactical awareness will be the key to success. The game is played with a set of AI characters that players can own, as well as manage. Every AI character has unique skills and traits. Therefore, players need to be strategic during their picks.
