Fire Force Season 3 could see a change of studios, as a recent leak suggests that David Production, which animated the first two seasons, will be replaced by Studio Shaft.
This leak comes from Shueishaleaks, who also reported that the chief director of the third season will be Gekidan Inu Curry, and Kenjirou Okada will serve as the director.

Gekidan Inu Curry is an animation troupe that consists of two former Gainax animators Ayumi Shiraishi and former Tanto painter Yosuke Anai. They are most notably known for their work in Puella Magi Madoka Magica. Meanwhile, Kenjirou Okada has directed March Comes In like a Lion and RWBY: Ice Queendom.
What to expect from Fire Force Season 3
Fire Force Season 3 will continue from the events of the Stigma arc. This is where Shinra and the other members of the Fire Force confront the formidable adversaries of The White-Clad, as the organisation learns about the stigma. The arc also introduces new members of Special Fire Force Company 8 training in Asakusa with Special Fire Force Company 7. The second season of the Fire Force anime adapts till chapter 174 of the manga, which is where this arc ends. The next arc is Obi’s rescue arc, which shows Company 8 getting ready to fight their own country to retrieve Captain Akitaru Obi from jail.
