Square Enix’s Forspoken released towards the start of 2023 when we got to explore the breathtaking world of Athia through the eyes of Frey while she tried to resolve the conflicts of the region. Since the game’s story is wrapped up in the game, many fans have been longing for more content set in the same universe. Fortunately, Forspoken announced a DLC expansion is scheduled to arrive on May 26 for the game.

The DLC expansion, dubbed In Tanta We Trust, arrives for PlayStation and PC players towards the end of this month. Through the expansion, players will discover more about Athia’s past and understand the reasons for the Tantas being driven to madness. Moreover, the developer has just released a gameplay trailer for the upcoming expansion, check it out below:

Through the trailer, we see Frey in a new ensemble take on enemies with a fresh set of powers alongside Tanta Cintha. We do not know what new powers are coming, but we do know Frey is in the process of completely getting rid of the “Break” in Athia and during that process she finds her mysterious voice that takes her into the past where she unravels the mysteries around the Tanta Madness.
