The most unexpected but much needed collaboration has been revealed for Fortnite. The Epic Games-developed title has revealed a new collaboration with Swarovski, where the crystal-based jeweler has designed an exclusive trophy for the Fortnite Champion Series Invitational 2022 tournament. The Fortnite Team is celebrating this year’s online FNCS competition and the talented players from around the world who compete in the popular Battle Royale title.
The FNCS Invitational Champions are all set to be crowned on November 13, 2022. This will be the first time in the history of the FNCS tournament that a trophy is going to be awarded to the victors. Players that are inquisitive about the new design can check out the new video uploaded on Swarovski’s official YouTube channel.
The design has been inspired by the FNCS chrome logo of 2022. The craftmanship is exquisite. Right in the center, players can spot the FNCS Logo, which has been created with custom Swarovski Crystals that feature an iridescent color-changing effect. Through this effect, players will see the color transition from blue to purple.
Additionally, as soon as the tournament’s winner has been declared, the FNCS Invitational Champions’ names will be etched onto the trophy. The trophy stands at 18 inches tall and weighs in at 15 pounds.
The FNCS Invitational champions will be crowned with the brand new FNCS Trophy onstage in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA. On top of that, players that wish to have their very own in-game FNCS Trophy, rendered in Unreal Engine, can find it on this island, Legends Landing 3303-7480-5925.
Additionally, creators will also be able to use the FNCS Trophy while designing their islands. All that is left is to see who emerges victorious at the FNCS Invitational 2022, which is scheduled to take place on November 12 and 13, 2022.
