Fortnite Is Reportedly Planning a Doctor Who Event

Epic Games might soon be adding Doctor Who content to Fortnite. The reveal stems from a new leak on Twitter, which features details of this supposed crossover between the popular Battle Royale game and the iconic British series.

Twitter user iFireMonkey, known for posting upcoming Fortnite content before its official announcement, posted the information.

It has recently been brought to my attention that there have been discussions in regards to a potential collaboration between Fortnite and Doctor Who.

The account revealed that an upcoming event, lasting two weeks, will feature Doctor Who, the BBC sci-fi show.

This event will be released around Doctor Who’s 60th-anniversary celebrations which will be airing tentatively in November this year.

As per the leak, the Fortnite Item Shop will feature “2 Skins, 2 Pickaxes, 1 Glider, and 1 Emote.” A picture along with the tweet showcased an early version of the in-game menu’s Doctor Who event tab.

There are also references to Tardis and U.N.I.T from the Doctor Who series.

Attack on Titan in Fortnite

Fortnite v24.20 update was released last week which introduced Attack on Titan items to Fortnite. There’s a new ODM (Omni-directional mobility gear) grappling system added by Epic Games along with the skin of Eren Jaeger.

Here’s everything from Attack on Titan added to Fortnite:

• The Eren Jaeger skin
• Captain Levi and Mikasa Ackermann outfits
• The ODM gear
• Thunder Spears weapon type
• Scout Regiment lockers (themed treasure chests)
• Jaeger’s Family Basement area

Thunder Spears is a new weapon type which is explosive and gets arm-launched by the player. The Jaeger’s Family Basement is located in the southeast corner of Anvil Square. You’ll find it on the eastern side of the house next to the lake.
