Fortnite Rumoured to Have Family Guy, Star Wars, and Doom Crossosvers Soon

Epic Games finally launched the long-awaited Unreal Engine 5 to the public, after users had months to try it out through the Early Access program.

The company launched UE5 in a keynote presentation, in which eagle-eyed fans managed to find something exciting when it comes to Epic’s popular Battle Royale title, Fortnite.

The presentation included several shots of Epic Games employees working on many of their titles which included The Matrix Awakens. When it came to showcasing the work done on Fortnite, fans noticed some files on the workspace of a developer, which pointed towards possible crossovers that the game might have in the near future.

Many fans took to social media, where they pointed out that Epic might be working on crossovers with Doom and Family Guy. With Doom, there’s a very good chance that Doomguy will show up as a skin for people to use on the Island.

Along with that, Family Guy is another universe that could provide a ton of hilariously fun outfits for players to wear, with characters like The Griffin family members in Peter, Lois, Meg, Stewie, Brian and more.

Another file that caught the attention of fans was Darth Vader from the Star Wars universe. With the Obi-Wan Kenobi series set to debut on May 27, there’s a very good chance that Hayden Christensen’s Darth Vader will show up to face Ewan McGregor’s Kenobi once again following the prequels.

Fortnite has introduced many characters from popular universes like Dune, Marvel, and DC before the release of new movies and TV shows, and Vader’s arrival on the Island fits right into that mold, which should excite the fandom.
