The latest season of Fortnite is just days away, and Epic Games is already teasing some huge collaborations which will make their way in the coming days.
Chapter 3 Season 4 is all set to release on September 18, and the developers have began its marketing push, which is filled with chrome that is seemingly consuming everything that matters in Fortnite.
Recently, Fortnite has teased some of the characters that will make their appearance in Chapter 3 Season 4 with key arts, which features one of their hands, as they drown in the chrome. One of the characters that was used in the promo is Gwen Stacy aka Spider-Gwen.

The popular Marvel character entered the Fortnite rumor circles a while ago, and it seems like Spider-Gwen will be available in the upcoming season’s Battle Pass.
Judging by the hand design used in the promo art, Fortnite has based the character’s look from Spider-Gwen in Sony’s critically acclaimed animated film, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, which featured characters like Miles Morales, Peter Parker and other Spider-Man variants.
Furthermore, it also looks like we will also see some of the film’s glitchy shading on the character’s design. This shading is inspired by the events of Into the Spider-Verse, which caused characters who weren’t part of Miles’ universe to awkwardly glitch every now and then.
Along with Spider-Gwen, Fortnite has also teased some of the other characters who will be joining the game’s massive roster. This includes characters like The Paradigm and an emo variant of Meowscles.
