Fortnite’s Latest Crossover Features the Witcher Franchise, Ciri and Yennefer of Vengerberg Skins Now Available

Fortnite has recently unveiled its latest crossover, this time with The Witcher franchise, coinciding with the excitement surrounding the upcoming release of the third season of the Netflix series. Following Geralt’s previous appearance in the game’s Chapter 4 Season 1 battle pass, characters Ciri and Yennefer of Vengerberg are now joining the Fortnite universe. Players can get these characters in the game until July 4, 2023, at 8 pm EST (July 5, 2023, 5:30 am IST). Additionally, a range of new themed items, emotes, and more have been introduced in Fortnite.

Newly added The Witcher-themed islands

Fortnite has recently introduced two new islands as part of its latest crossover with The Witcher franchise. The first island, known as Ciri’s Escape Island, can be accessed through the Discover screen or by using the island code 2776-4034-8400. The second island, named Yennefer’s Battlegrounds, can be accessed using the island code 28622-9616-5689.

Skins and other items available

Other new additions include collectibles from the Item Shop, now available with Ciri and Yennefer skins. Ciri comes with the Zireael Back Bling which you can use as Zoreal Sword Pickaxe. Using Ciri’s skin with the Zireal Sword Pickaxe will make her hands radiate a green aura. A Basilisk Glider is also available as a mount. The Yennefer of Vengerberg skin comes with the Bird Skull Back Bling and Yennefer’s Megascope Pickaxe. A Black Wings Emote is also available with the Yennefer outfit. Ciri comes in a 2000 V-Bucks bundle while it’ll cost 1500 V-Bucks for the Yennefer bundle in the Item Shop.

On completing the islands, you will earn rewards like the Confident Ciri Emoticon, Annoyed Yennefer Emoticon, and The Tale of Two Tempests Banner.

In addition to this, Fortnite’s collaboration with Nike is still live with its sneaker themed in-game island Airphoria. On the occasion, Nike has also launched a new edition of Fortnite-themed merchandise that includes Fortnite X Nike Air Max T-shirts. You can check them out on the Nike’s official website.
