galaxy: Samsung announces Android 12-based One UI 4 update roadmap for its smartphones and tablets: Check whether your smartphone will get the update and when – Times of India

After beta testing the One UI 4 on several Galaxy smartphones in the past few weeks, the company has finally revealed the complete update timeline for its Galaxy devices on the Samsung Members app.
The One UI 4 is based on Android 12 operating system and it brings several new features and updates over One UI 3. Some of them include a new emoji mix that allows users to mix different emojis and send them. The camera will also go through some changes like the ability to de-blur images, remove background, etc. Apart from that, the custom user interface will also bring updated widgets and wallpapers.
Coming back to the update timeline, the One UI 4 will arrive in multiple batches and as always, the premium smartphones will be the one to receive the update first. The first batch which by the way will roll out in December itself will include Galaxy Z Flip 3, Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy S21 series.
