galaxy: Samsung Galaxy Unpacked Part 2: Here’s what Samsung may announce at the event – Times of India

We are just a couple of hours away from the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked Part 2 event. The event will get underway today (October 20) at 7:30 pm and will be live streamed on the company’s YouTube channel along with its official website.
Samsung hosted the first Galaxy Unpacked in August where the company announced its new foldable smartphones — Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3.
As far as the second edition of the event is concerned, the company hasn’t confirmed anything officially about what’s planned for the event.
However, if rumours are to be believed, the company might announce new colour variants of the Galaxy Z Flip 3 and Galaxy Z Fold 3.
The company is also expected to announce a new Galaxy S series smartphone at today’s event. Most likely it will be the Galaxy S21FE.
Details about the smartphone have been floating around the internet for a while now and as per the leaks, the smartphone is expected to borrow the same design language as the Galaxy S21 series smartphones.
Along with that, it is also expected to be powered by the same Qualcomm and Exynos SoC depending on the region.
Some rumours also suggest that Samsung might unveil its next-generation Galaxy Tab S8 series during the event.
Keeping the Galaxy Unpacked poster image in mind which carries app icons and boxes, we are expecting to see some announcements in that department as well.
