Genshin Impact Version 3.7 Will be TCG-Focused

Genshin Impact Version 3.7 with the title “Duel! The Summoners’ Summit” is set to arrive on May 24th, 2023. The update is focused more on the Genius Invokation TCG, which is a card minigame in Genshin Impact. It will introduce the King of Invokations Grand Prix main event along with more than 60 brand-new TCG cards. Genshin Impact fans will also get new PvP and PvE modes in the latest update.

Genius Invokation TCG updates in Genshin Impact Version 3.7

More than 60 new cards are added to Genius Invokation TCG in this update. Character cards of all four Archons as well as other characters, monsters, weapons, and artifacts will be available.

New PvP and PvE modes in TCG

In the new PvP mode, Arena of Champions, players will have to secure a total of five wins. Three losses mean they will have to start over from the beginning.

Players can select difficulty level and conditions to score extra points in the new PvE mode The Forge Realm’s Temper.

King of Invokation Grand Prix

The King of Invokation Grand Prix is a fictional international TCG tournament in Genshin Impact, which brings people from all over to play the game. Charlotte, a reporter from Fontaine, writing for the newspaper “The Steambird” will also attend the event. miHoYo revealed that Charlotte will cover the tournament for the paper, but also investigate a “strange case.” Players can join and meet characters from various nations in the story of the event.

Zero Hour Invokation

This is an unofficial tournament prepared by the Adventurers’ Guild, where even non-TCG players can take part. Card players of any level can enter this tournament as they will compete with selected cards.

Evermotion Mechanical Painting and Heart of the Dice minigames

Two minigames, “Evermotion Mechanical Painting” and “Heart of the Dice” also incorporate Genius Invokation TCG in the gameplay experience. Evermotion Mechanical Painting will have players restore card illustrations from “complex and disordered mechanics and gears.” Heart of the Dice is a combat game where players can get random Elemental Dice to get unique skills.

A Tour of Wonders

This event will have players join a sightseeing Parkour or a tour where you defeat enemies. In return, the players will get commemorative stamps at the checkpoints which can be exchanged for rewards.

Four-star bow weapon Ibis Piercer

One of the rewards from “A Tour of Wonders” is the four-star bow weapon “Ibis Piercer”. The stats of this weapon have not been officially announced yet.

Recurring events in Duel! The Summoners’ Summit

Recurring events in Version 3.7 include “Fayz Trails: Hypothesis” and “Divine Ingenuity: Collector’s Chapter”. The former will have players battle in domains where time stands still, while the latter will have players share their custom domains.

“Feast of the Departed Warriors” is a domain event where players will face three “formidable” enemies.
