God of War: Ragnarok Midnight Launch Events Attract Crowd Across India, Fans Celebrate the Release on Social Media

Sony India is pulling out all the stops for the launch of its much-anticipated PlayStation title, God of War: Ragnarok. So far, it has made all the right noises to make the launch impactful in the country. Gamers first spotted God of War Ragnarok pre-launch marketing in Mumbai Metro when Sony covered an entire train with advertising. The game’s release on November 9 also saw midnight launches in gaming stores across the country.

The game saw midnight launch events in cities such as Chandigarh, Bangalore, Nagpur, Pune, Gurugram, New Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Lucknow. Gamers flocked to these gaming stores holding midnight launch events to grab their copy of the much-anticipated game.

In the suburb of Malad in North Mumbai, Games the Shop’s midnight launch event had a long queue of gamers waiting patiently for the clock to strike midnight.
