Google launches its first earbuds in India: Price, specs and other details of Google Pixel Buds A-Series – Times of India

Google Pixel Buds A-series earbuds are official in India. The internet search giant Google has launched its first-ever truly wireless earbuds in India — called Pixel Buds A-Series. These earbuds were launched by the company in June in the US at $99 and Google has now launched them in India.

Google has launched the Pixel Buds A-Series in India at Rs 9,999. At this price, it competes with Oppo Enco X (Rs 9,990), Harman Kardon Fly TWS (Rs 10,999) and others.
Pixel Buds A-Series will be available for purchase on August 25 via Flipkart, Reliance Digital, and Tata Cliq initially. Later on, it will be coming to more retail outlets, said Google.

Available in a Clearly White colour option, the Google Pixel Buds A-Series earbuds offer 12mm dynamic speaker drivers that are said to deliver clear and natural sound. Google claims that the Pixel Buds A-Series fit securely as there is a spatial vent that reduces in-ear pressure.
The Google Pixel Buds A-Series earbuds offer support for Google Assistant and therefore allows users to check the weather, get an answer, change the volume, or have notifications read to them with the “Ok Google” command.
Additionally, these earbuds also offer support to translate more than 40 languages — including Bengali, Hindi, and Tamil — in real-time. This works with Android phones running on Android 6.0 or above. Besides this, the Google Pixel Buds A-Series earbuds also support Fast Pair, Find my Device, Adaptive Sound, and more with devices running on Android 6.0 or above.
The Google Pixel Buds A-Series earbuds offer Adaptive Sound support that is said to increase or decrease the volume based on the user’s surroundings. For calls, Google says that it has equipped the Pixel Buds A-Series earbuds with beamforming mics.
In terms of battery life, the earbuds offer up to five hours of listening time on a single charge or up to 24 hours using the charging case. 15 minutes of charging of the case allows users to get up to 3 hours of listening time. Buyers will be able to use one earbud at a time with the Google Pixel Buds A-Series earbuds.
