Google Pixel 6 series smartphones to reportedly get these Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro features – Times of India
NEW DELHI: Google unveiled the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro at its annual ‘Made by Google’ event on October 6.
With the new smartphones the company also introduced some new and interesting features which are exclusive to the newly launched Google smartphones. However, a new online report by Phonearena reveals that some of the Google Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro features will be coming to older Pixel smartphones with Google’s next feature drop.
As reported by Phonearena, the next Google feature drop which is scheduled to come in December this year will reportedly bring some Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro to the Pixel 6 lineup of smartphones. So, this means that Pixel 6a, Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro will get some of these features.

According to the report, the next Google update will bring the Clear Calling feature to Pixel 6 series smartphones. The feature promises to reduce the background noise during voice calls. Along with this, the old Pixel users will also get a new quick phrase allowing users to drop an incoming call by saying one word ‘silence’.
The Pixel 6 series smartphones are also said to get the Guided Frame feature which is designed to help the people with poor eyesight. The feature enables people with poor eyesight to capture a selfie by giving voice commands.
The next Google Feature drop update is also said to bring the Spatial Audio to Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro models. The older Pixel phones will also get the Audio Message Transcription feature.
